Job description 

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SURVEILLANCE EXPERIENCE OF AT LEAST 2 YEARS

Essential Job Functions

  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft Programs, PDFs, CCTV applications
  • Technical skills pertaining to the use of tablet-based applications
  • Ability to pay attention to multiple digital screens for prolonged periods of time without being distracted
  • Ability to solve technical feed issues with CCTV systems
  • Accurately monitor current guard posts and post changes
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients, security officers, site leads, supervisors, Lead Supervisor, salaried managers
  • Monitor guards clocking-in and clocking-out appropriately
  • Actively and effectively observe and monitor the environment, with the ability to detect suspicious and unsafe activity
  • In the case of an incident, efficiently and effectively notify the Surveillance Supervisor, Surveillance Project Manager or member of the Senior Management Team
  • Record any irregular or questionable activity daily per SOP’s
  • Document and notify the manager on duty if the equipment at the site or in the surveillance office goes down
  • Situational awareness and ability to react quickly and professionally to split-second issues that might arise
  • Know the facility, policies, and procedures of the position and enforce them within the limits of the position
  • Maintain effective and precise communication with clients, security officers, site leads, supervisors, and managers
  • Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensure authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate customer requirements
  • Follow established emergency action planning and procedures
  • Ability to calmly diffuse situations that may arise
  • Other duties as needed

Physical Requirements

  • The ability to stand prolonged at least 8 hours consecutive per day
  • Lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to withstand inclement weather conditions for periods during assigned shift regarding but not limited to (Wind, Heat, Rain, Snow, etc.)

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age with valid proof
  • Nevada Private Investigator Licensing Board (PILB) work card
  • Cannabis Compliance Board agent card (or ability to aquire)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
  • Basic understanding and use of the English language (Reading and Writing)
  • Willingness to abide with all terms and conditions defined by the Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure formed by Invictus International and its subsidiaries

  • Regularly exercise firearm safety and marksmanship standards consistent with qualifications set by Invictus International and its subsidiaries
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Security: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Maintain active PILB Armed Guard card.
