This course is for individuals that have never taken a Medical course in their lives to people who just need to refresh their skills a bit! Don't be scared to take the plunge. You will only regret not having the training when your life depends on it!

Objectives:
•Understanding Tactical Emergency Medicine Protocols in Civilian Environment
•Efficiency in fundamental combat lifesaver procedures utilizing (M.A.R.C.H.) sequence
•Implementation of emergency evacuation procedures
Massive Hemorrhage:
•Intro to Tourniquet (TQ) Application
•Setup / deployment / assessment of TQ
•Employment of rapid blood sweep techniques
•STOP THE BLEED practical application
Airway:
•Assessment / stabilization / secure airway
•Intro on surgical required airway compromise
Respiration:
•Assessment of respiratory distress
•Rapid respiratory wound management
•Employment of occlusive dressing
•Brief intro on needle decompression
Circulation:
•Recognizing & Identifying types of shock
•Assessment of vital signs
•Intro on shock management
Hypothermia/Head Injury:
•Recognizing & Identifying hypo/hyperthermia
•Setup & deployment of emergency blanket
•Intro to signs/symptoms of head injury
Evacuation:
•Understanding & identifying casualty evacuation (CASEVAC)
•Proper utilization of evacuation platforms & techniques
